This is an obviously poor hoax and forgery. Does anyone with half a brain believe JFK or any of his personal or profesional assistants would dare to put such an agreement in writing? Does anyone with half a brain believe Monroe (even under medication or mentally instable) would sign such a document? Niether one of these two were stupid, or they would not have held the positions in society they attained in 1962. GIVE ME A BREAK!
