    He was fantastic! Awful that it ended like it did. So sad. He could have achieved great things with the band. He will never be forgotten. Hope he’s at a better place now….

    I still admire Ian and his lyrics. The music of Joy Division is still touching me…ever since I heard them 24 years ago.
