Inmate Robyn Adams, with whom Anthony exchanged 50 letters while incarcerated, told investigators that Casey Anthony told her that she sometimes used “stuff” to put her daughter to sleep. Another inmate, Maya Derkovic, said Anthony told her a similar story, but never said how she “knocked out” the toddler, according to the documents released today.

According the Florida law, it is not a first-degree-murder if a person is killed while not intending to kill them, educated people know that but still some here continue to question the logics found in some Laws.
While the first part of your statement is true, Florida law does provide for extenuating circumstances. If aggravated child abuse can be proven ( such as using a drug to knock the child out so she can go party, and the child dies as a result ) it automatically turns the child’s death into a felony murder…thereby making this a death penalty eligible case.

I mean wasn’t it in the beginning that lee wouldn’t talk then George puts on a show and entered his self in a phsyco ward… Maybe they are the ones who are hiding something and that Casey is innocent… Still doesn’t explain why she would put her daughter to sleep using chloroform…
Maybe Cindy knew of that conduct (chloroform) and told Casey to increase the dosage slightly over what may not have been a sufficient amount in a previous episode?

The study of Psychology on a professional level is fascinating to me, and allows an ability to see many things that many people that do not have as high of an education are able to observe in others. Fascinating stuff. I am especially fascinated in dysfunctional psychology, and I enjoy attempting to help explain aspects of this case that seem to boggle your mind at this point Lona1. By her own Admission Casey revealed she used Chloroform to put Caylee to sleep.
Under no Circumstances is it ok to ever administer a Child with Chloroform. Caylee was only a little over 2 Yrs. old when her Life was taken away. A 2 Yr. old should have not trouble sleeping like Casey A. mentioned in her Letters. Even if Caylee would have had Problems getting to Sleep, Chloroform was not the Answer and it also is illegal and it definitely didn’t qualify Casey A. as a “Good Mother”, unbelievable! It is sad if some People think Chloroform is ok to use on a Child to keep it quiet, what is this World coming too? It makes me sick to think about what little Caylee had to endure by the Hands of her own Mother in her short Life, who called her self a GOOD MOTHER!
As for the Date of Casey A. Release, I would not hold my Breath if I were her! I have a Feeling she will be behind Bars for a long Time! JMO
Let’s not forget a Child was murdered and Justice needs to be done for that beautiful little Girl and that is a Fact no one can argue about!
I am tired of hearing all the Excuses made for Casey Anthony, she is the only One responsible for her own Daughter’s Death. Now it just has to be proven with All the Evidence in Court and I believe the State did an outstanding Job in this Case. God knows they didn’t have any Help from Casey Anthony, she did everything she could not to help them, despite what she tried to make every one believe. Like the Judge mentioned one time early on, “the Truth and Casey Anthony are Strangers!”
