They do have direct evidence. They have the rare duct tape,fond on the gas cans.They have other items that were found along with the remains that were from the Anthony home such as a laundry cloth laundry hamper.They have the decomposition in the trunk along with the coffin flies.Anthony Lazzaro picked her up from that car and she was the last one to be seen with it.
She lied to the police about where her daughter was! She never reported her missing. A mother whose daughter was really kidnapped wouldn’t have to lie about anything to try and help the police find her…She did all of this to protect herself and cover up any information they could possibly find on her.There was no nanny, she had no job.Why would she even need one or have money to pay one.Her stories kept changing to try to explain her lies.She steals money and tries to make it sound as if she did that in an effort to look for her daughter but, was really out partying,getting tattoos with that money.She was trying to protect her family and Caylee is why she lied? Caylee is already dead.Now who is she protecting herself! Her pants that her mother washed smelled just like her car is why Cindy washed them.Every story she has made up has been one big lie to protect herself.
Casey spent that entire 31 days having a good old time.There was never a phone call from any nanny or Caylee the day Cindy found Casey.I could just go on and on about the evidence they have. They had way less evidence on Scott Peterson and look where he is sitting.ON DEATH ROW!!!!! michellefrommadison have you even followed this case at all? There was even hair in the trunk of the car with a death band on it.Casey is guilty and will be convicted. The only way she would walk is if they put 12 Cindy Anthony’s on the jury and good thing for us.There’s only one of them.I think you’d better do a lot more reading to think she’ll walk.It’s not going to happen.Even her own grandmother and uncle knows she did it.The only person who thinks Casey is innocent is Cindy.Even George knows it.I think Cindy knows it to but, would never admit it.Remember they have George and Cindy both saying the car smelled like a dead body.Cindy knew too that’s why she washed those pants.Casey was taught by her mother.Now Cindy is lying just to protect that murdering,selfish, lying piece of trash.I can’t wait until she is locked away and they throw the key away.Better yet, save the tax payers some money and just give her the death penalty.Because that little lying Sociopath will probably enjoy prison.Trying to con everyone.Reading her sick fan mail, getting raped and doing sexual favors for her freebies.
Casey will be convicted no doubt about it.the only problem seems to be with all these antics Baez seems to be trying to pull..It could be cause for appeal..Ineffective counsel. Perhaps this has been Baez’s plan all along…He can still make money writing a book and just let it become someone else’s headache the next merry go around. Baez is certainly incompetent to represent anyone in a first degree murder trial! Let alone a capital death penalty case. He should have had his client cop to a plea a long time ago.He should have told her, her odds of winning this and getting off is nil. If she plead to an accident, she might already be out of jail by now.Especially if she’d said she’d drowned in the family swimming pool.That she covered it all up to make it look like a kidnapping because she was scared.It looks like Allen was right..That big snowball has gotten huge and is at the bottom of that hill.I think it is a bit late for that now.Baez knows she is completely guilty of this crime.Instead of trying to make a name for himself.He should have been looking out for the best interest of his client.
Perry will do a fine job and will likely set Casey free since the prosecution has zero direct evidence against Casey. Plus, after the movie and book deals, Casey will become a billionaire. 🙂
She’s going down I think faster then any of us thought..The judge is sick of all the delays and the trial will go forward. I think Baez is wishing about this time. That he had stuck with Judge Strickland. He would have gotten away with way more crap then he is with judge Perry….Looks like a lot has happened since August…I couldn’t be happier that Caylee will finally have the justice she deserves.
Looks like Casey won’t be convicted of first-degree murder sooner than most Experts have stated by the looks of this stuff.
