What Your Skin Wants You To Eat

Diets loaded with vegetables, beans, cold pressed olive oil and multigrain breads (even better spelt bread)will save your face and organs.

Vitamins A, C, and E and the minerals zinc and selenium will keep wrinkles under control by reducing the amount of potentially damaging free radicals produced by skin cells.

Carotenoids contribute to healthy skin coloring. Eat lots of cantaloupe, apricots, carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, and fruits and vegetables that have deep green, yellow, orange, and red hues.

Drink water, it moisturizes your skin from the inside out, helping to maintain its elasticity and suppleness. Skip the soda. It’s really very tacky anyway.



Scream YOUTH

Periodically do a raw-juice cleanse. Spring clean your system and get rid of toxins, improve energy & mental alertness. Your skin will glow!

  • Lips that scream I’m youthful are glossy! Put away dehydrating harsh looking matte lipsticks.
  • Brow Gel. Get some. Brush the brows upward (they’ll stay that way).
  • Whiten your teeth. Not enough time…eat foods such as Apples, Celery and Spinach. These foods naturally whiten teeth.
  • Wear clothes that FIT your body. Baggy or looser fitting clothes or just that ensemble of a tshirt with sweat pants adds years and pounds.
  • Hair color that is dark accentuates wrinkles. A flat dark color will age you, go for something multidimensional.
  • Sugar is the #1 enemy. It attaches to collagen!
  • DO NOT over match your outfits, shoes, and handbags.
  • Take your vitamins, you’ll feel 6 years younger.
  • Be active! even a small amount of exercise will improve your life not to mention blood circulation.
  • Wear colors that compliment your skin tone.
  • SMILE. Smiling distracts from areas that show your age.
  • Go be YOUTHFUL. It’s an attitude thing.
