Outside Kurt Cobain’s Place: Photo Essay

I photographed the bench outside Kurt & Courtney’s place on a walk around my neighborhood. The house is now owned by someone else and has no number on the front. There were a few other people visiting. You can locate the house at 171 Lake Washington Blvd E.

This piece always got attention! Some company felt creeped out and refused to look at it! Others loved it. Using several magazines I cut the eyes out of every model. I collected them in a dish then pasted the entire wall. Here is a section I photographed. Do you recognize anyone?
