The FBI Reports Released: Caylee Anthony IS Dead

The FBI reports released are not all of the trunk evidence, many reports are still missing such as soil samples, maggot testing etc. but from these 34 pages here is what it states…..Caylee died and was placed somewhere first (doll house) and after the decomp process started; Caylee was placed in an air tight container such as a plastic bag and decomp started to break down the destruction of cells and organs due to an aseptic chemical process. When the body’s cells reach the final stage of autolysis, an anaerobic environment is created, that is, an environment wherein oxygen is not present. This allows the body’s normal bacteria to break down the remaining carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids. The products from the breakdown create acids, gases, and other products which cause volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and putrefactive effects. VOCs are produced during the early stages of human decomposition. This is the exact decomp the FBI lab found in the trunk which means that Caylee was dead 2.6 days before the decomp juices leaked in the trunk.

Chloroform: Pure form, not from making it. No acetate or alcohol found. Page 29 “conclusions”. Clearly states Chloroform abundant and not associated with normal decomp.

Test proves someone cleaned the trunk of the car; some surmise from George’s statement that Cindy forced George to go to work on July 15, 3 to 11pm shift; that it was Cindy who cleaned the trunk. Cindy did admit removing all the items from the car and to washing the clothes and the knife.

The neighbors shovel that Casey borrowed on June 18; DNA of the hair on the shovel does not match either Caylee or Casey. No latent prints. The hair was on the label of the shovel. No biggy means nothing. Casey probably tried to move Caylee from the doll house and thought of burying Caylee then figured it was hard work and lazy Casey returned the shovel. Left Caylee for one more day in the back yard per the dog decomp hit.

Looks like Casey had been dousing the trunk with gasoline to remove decomp odor as the report has a large amount of Gas in the trunk.

PIZZA: There is no mention of the bag the empty pizza box was in. Analysis of the bag and outside of the bag must be on a separate report! There was no pizza in the car, rotting or otherwise! (Page 21-22 of the report in the pdf file) Previous reports from Cindy of a decomposing pizza being found in the trunk ARE NOT TRUE. The pizza/empty box was found in a plastic bag that had been removed from the car and thrown near the dumpster at the Tow Yard– report not released. The Body Farm did a pizza test. One of the early docs said there was a partial piece of crust that is all the evidence on the actual pizza. FYI maggots where on the outside of the bag not inside.

The insanity of Cindy continues as her narcissistic sociopathic personality demands she be the center of attention! As a away to deflect us the public from looking at Cindy in shame, Cindy has created herself to be the martyr; Sun- Nov 2 – Election Day- (Nov 4)  and now Cindy wants this day to be a National Vigil Day for Caylee and for ALL family’s who are missing a loved one. Cindy even wrote a blog about it. Cindy wants to be the hero (center of attention) to all the parents of missing loved ones and give them a platform and voice (desperate attempt to deflect) a place to meet and share in their loss. You can even post your Myspace site on Cindy’s page now (more pleas for attention).

Jose Baez-the defense- received this report on Monday. Jose wants the trunk evidence thrown out as George signed the release for LE to take and test the car but Jose is claiming Casey is the owner of the car and did not give permission, however, Cindy called 911 and said the car was her car and wanted Casey arrested for stealing the car. Lee said it was his car and he gave it back to his parents and the parents paid the insurance and repairs. That video camera proves the car in the tow yard was not tampered with yet Jose still wants the evidence thrown out as the car sat at the tow yard from June 30 to July 15^th and therefore, Jesse or someone else Cindy will claim killed Caylee and tried to frame Casey while Casey was in such fear she had to hold onto the stripper pole for dear life or Casey might be dead next that’s the only reason Casey was at Fusion.

When Dr. Michael Baden states he knows who the baby daddy is- he means-they have Caylee’s DNA therefore, when they have a sample to compare Caylee DNA to they can identify the baby daddy. Dr. Baden does not know who the baby daddy is….unless secret tests went down and he has them and no one else does….. Dr Baden was struck by the chloroform found in the air samples – could be cause of death.

EVIDENCE – INTAKE VIA COLLECTION, SWORN STATEMENTS, OR TESTING BY THE FBI IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE SAME DISCOVERY BURDEN AS THE STATE. WHAT WE ALL WISH TO SEE, WE WILL NOT UNTIL TRIAL. Most of the first degree murder evidence that the GJ saw we will not see until the trial.
